You might remember when we first filed — well now we’ve got the document in hand, and it feels REAL. Like slam-it-on-the-wall, framed-next-to-your-medals real.

This isn’t just a “nice to have” moment – it’s the start of something BIG.

📄 So, What’s This Mean?

It means the Slammin’ Shield™ design is now protected under UK patent law while the full application is reviewed.

We can now move forward confidently, knowing we’ve got legal cover — and a growing army of supporters behind us.

And we’re doing this not just for Sammy (who still uses the prototype daily and is flying with it), but for every family navigating childhood cancer with medical lines and no safe, simple way to shower.

🔧 Next Mission: Get This Thing MADE

Now that we’ve got official status, it’s time to take the next crucial steps:

1. Professional CAD/Technical Drawings
   We need a proper architectural design of the Slammin’ Shield™ – clean, precise, and ready for manufacturers and 3D mould specialists to work from.
2. Find Medical-Grade Manufacturers
   We’re on the lookout for latex or silicone mould makers, preferably in the medical space, to help us develop multiple sizes and refine the design for real-world use.
3. Bring It to Market
   The goal: mass production and distribution. Hospitals, parents, carers – this needs to get into their hands. The sooner, the better.
